Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Support Emails — When you email our support address or we email you about your account or an order, we keep a copy of that correspondence (sender, recipient, subject, text, and the names and sizes of any attachments, not the attachments themselves) so we can follow up. It is sent and received through Cloudflare's email services.
Where You Came From and What You Do Here
To learn which places bring people to this site, we keep a few first-party cookies and a record of steps taken on it:
- A visitor number (
vidcookie, kept for 1 year): a random number that lets us recognize the same browser on its next visit. It is not shared with anyone and is not used to follow you on other sites. - Where you first came from (cookies kept for 30 days): the link parameters you arrived with (such as
utm_sourceorref), the website that sent you (its address without any query), and the first page you opened. When you create an account, these are saved with it, together with the country we infer from your IP address (supplied by our hosting provider; we do not store a precise location), the IP address you signed up from (used to prevent abuse) and the device type, operating system and browser (we keep only these three words, not the full browser string). - Steps on the site: pages opened and left, how long each page was open and how far down it was scrolled, the buttons and links clicked (their label and the address they lead to; never anything typed into a field, passwords included), a photo picked or removed (we record only that, not the photo), pressing generate, being asked to sign in, signing in and out, switching language, viewing prices, opening and closing the buy window, the pack and payment method chosen, starting a checkout, coming back from the payment page cancelled, payments, videos made, downloads and shares, credits returned, and script errors on the page (the first 200 characters of the message). Before you sign up they are tied to the visitor number; once you sign up or sign in, they are tied to your account.
We use this to measure which channels work and to support you (for example when a payment or a video fails). We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it: step records are deleted after 13 months. A visitor record that never became an account is deleted 13 months after its last visit; one tied to an account is kept while the account exists. Deleting your account deletes its visitor records and steps.
We do not show a cookie banner for these cookies. If you are in the EU or UK and object to them, block cookies for this site in your browser or contact us, and we will delete what is tied to you.
Photos and videos
Photos you upload are deleted automatically after 7 days. Finished videos stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
